| Double D is the only shop to take your car to. They are incredibly honest, trustworthy and professional. I had a vacuum leak that was undetectable and they worked on it until it was found. I take both our cars there and will continue to do so. |

| Used this place the last 5 years, this year got charged over $400 for an oil change/filter replacements. They broke the oil lid and I had to pay $50 to replact,they also broke a clip on my speaker on the dash when replacing the filter (they never mentioned this to me). They also spilt oil all over the bumper of my car. |

| I want to trust that I am being told the truth about my car. You told me several things I needed done and when I brought my car to another shop they told me I dd not need those things done. There were other things they recommended but told me the things you stated I needed dome were not necessary. This is what is frustrating, especially for a woman. Other than that, the gentleman at the front desk is very nice |

| I recenly brought my daughters car in for service. I live out of state and cannot do maintenace on it. I feel I was overcharged for parts and a credit card convienence fee. 18.89/qt Mobil 1 5w29 Napa is 11,29 qt 14.09 for using CC 28.47ea spark plugs Motorcraft Dealer has them for 12.04 |
